Manupack can fill a wide variety of tube types, shapes and sizes with liquids and gels of different densities and textures. Our modern filling line efficiently packs your product so we get your product to you in a timely manner.
Tube filling on our processing line can be carried out by fully automatic, semi automatic, volumetric and vacuum fillers.
The volumes we can fill range from 5 ml to 20 L depending on the quantity and texture of your product and the size and shape of the tube being filled.
The primary filler is a semi-automatic, stainless-steel hot-air tube filler which can be used for standard tube sizes of 35, 38 and 50 mm. In addition, the line can be customised to handle non-standard tube sizes and shapes.
