Manupack's state of the art stainless-steel processing plant can be used to manufacture a wide range of liquids and gels of varying densities and textures. We can mix raw ingredients - Manupack can handle most chemicals and compounds - or supplied constituent components.

Whether you need it hot or cold, we are able to manufacture gels, liquids and creams at a range of temperatures. Using an electric or gas-fired heater, Manupack can heat your product with hot water or steam. If required, a filtered, chilling unit is also available. Production water used throughout the plant can be purified and de-ionised when specifically requested.

Single and multiple (oil and water) phase batches can be prepared in our facility. We can manufacture a wide range of batch sizes, up to 10,000 litres. When an even consistency is required for your product, a homogeniser is available to emulsify the solution.
