PRODUCTION MANAGER



Philip Riley has been with the company since it began and has been an invaluable asset ever since. He has both production and quality assurance experience from well known international marketing organisations. Phil’s many talents include innovation, problem solving and imagination with regards to modifications and alterations to any production equipment or process. This therefore offers our customers a unique service and confidence when it comes to challenging processes, products and/or packaging materials




MATERIALS MANAGER



Colin Chong is another invaluable asset to this company since he started 7 years ago. He has brought with him knowledge in material and financial management gained from large International organisations in Malaysia and U.K. In his capacity, Colin provides regular planning/production material control requirements based on all received orders. Due to close communications between both his store person and the customer, Colin keeps a tight and organised ship with regards to material stock counts and thereby can provide customers/ suppliers with an accurate & up to date report on stock status.




BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES MANAGER

Susan Matus has been part of Manupack since its basic origins. After completing her studies and working in an International food Company for eight years, she returned to the family business. As the Business Development Manager, Susan is the initial contact with any new customer as her role is to source, introduce and co-ordinate with the new customers into the business. Susan’s ‘Service’ role involves keeping the quality systems current by ensuring all procedures and practices are being followed and maintained.
