Manupack's Equipment



Manupack offers to its customers a service for both the manufacture and / or filling of a large variety of products (range of products) into the required packaging.

MIXING DEPARTMENT

• Single or Multiple (Oil + Water) phase batches can be produced, in batch sizes of up to 5000L
  
  
• All equipment is stainless steel
  
  
• Product can be heated using hot water or steam as provided by either a power or gas driven heater
  
  
• A chilling Unit (with filter) and Homogeniser is also available for products that require it
  
  
• All production water (unless specified otherwise) is purified and de-ionized.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR MINIMUM MANUFACTURING BATCH SIZE IS 400KG.








FILLING

• Depending on the volume and texture of the product; size and shape of container being filled, Fill Volumes can range from 5mL to 200L
  
  
• Fillers include fully automatic, semi automatic, volumetric and vacuum
  
  
• A S/S semi-automatic hot air tube filler is available for sizes 35,38 & 50mm tubes
  
  
• A secondary hot jaw tube filler is also available for tube sizes ranging between 10-50mm diameter
  
  
• An aluminium-tube filler is also available
